We do not offer returns or refunds after a product has been delivered. We only provide exchanges for eligible products under the conditions mentioned below.

Exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the item ordered.

3. Exchange Timeframe

Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

4. Exchange Requirements

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. An unboxing video is required to process any exchange request.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Reverse pickup services may incur additional charges where applicable.

6. Non-Eligible Items

Products purchased during clearance sales, promotional events, or special discounts may not be eligible for exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.
